Converting started in a garage in 1979. It quickly grew to renting a 10,000 sq. ft. building in Oshkosh, WI. Growth continued to 30,000 sq. ft. In 1991, it was decided to build a 45,000 sq. ft. building in Neenah, WI. Over the next 15 years, business required five different additions. Our current facility is 125,000 sq. ft.
